Refund Policy

Due to Sweet Stepheny cookies being perishable products, there will be no returns for any faulty/defective products. If a customer has a faulty product, they can email mysweetstepheny@gmail.com for a refund request. For a full refund or order remake, a customer must provide picture evidence of said faulty product and proof of purchase. A refund request will need to be issued in the first 7 days after a product arrives at a customer’s residence. After those 7 days, all refund requests will be denied.

Examples of a defective product include: damaged cookies upon arrival, incorrect quantity, incorrect flavors, etc.

Examples of products that would not be deemed faulty and therefore will not be given a refund are: products with slight variation in size, products with variation in the number of chocolate chips, and products that have lost some moisture content.

If a customer follows these guidelines, they may be entitled to a full refund or a fresh remake of their original order. Refunds can also be granted to customers whose products’ shipping has been delayed.

If it is found that a customer tampered with a product in hopes of getting a refund, their refund request will be denied, and they may be banned from ordering more Sweet Stepheny products in the future.
